Baglio Donna Franca does not mean only wine but territorial identity. Precisely for this reason we can boast another flagship: the Restaurant. We only work with top quality materials, we love organic farming, we believe in the "zero kilometer" philosophy.
Everything we offer in our menus is seasonal and comes from trusted and selected local suppliers, if not from our estates.

Did you know, for example, that we produce bread with ancient Sicilian grains?
But we also love modernity. And that is why those who choose our restaurant have the unique experience of discovering the great dishes of the Sicilian tradition – one of the richest cuisines in the world – reinvented and reworked by our chefs.
And don’t forget that everything is accompanied by our great wines: the red Riserva DOC Sicilia “Cipponeri” obtained from Nero D’Avola and Perricone grapes or the white Riserva DOC Sicilia “Abbadessa”, a blend of Grillo and Zibibbo, up to Passito “Aruta” IGT Sicilia and Ansaldi brut sparkling wine, classic method.
